Shipping costs

Germany: €5.99
EU (Austria, Spain, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium and other EU countries): €12.99
Switzerland: €25.00
USA, Canada, Mexico: €25.00

All prices include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown in the cart and at checkout before you complete your order.

Carriers and delivery times

Items in stock are dispatched within two business days of receipt of payment. Delivery then takes:

Germany (DHL GoGreen): 2–4 business days
Spain (Cores): 5 business days
Europe (DHL GoGreen): 4–10 business days
International (UPS): 7–14 business days

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Made-to-order pieces

Engraved pieces, pieces configured individually in our configurator and other made-to-order items are produced especially for you. Production usually takes 3–4 weeks; the delivery times above begin after that.

Insurance

All shipments are insured for the value of your order. Please check your billing and delivery address carefully when ordering.

Returns

Returns from within Europe are free of charge for you. For returns from outside Europe you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Details are set out in the withdrawal instructions in our Terms of service.

Local pickup

Collection is possible by prior arrangement at our pick up station Cologne and at our pick up station Barcelona.
