§ 3 Conclusion of Contract


By placing an item on our website, the seller makes a non-binding invitation to the buyer to submit an offer.

If the buyer wants to make an offer, he must click on the selected item by clicking on the "Shop It" button on the respective offer page. By clicking on the "Shopping Cart" button, the buyer can view the contents of the shopping cart. There, the buyer can choose how he would like to proceed. By clicking on the "x" button, he removes the respective item from his shopping cart. § 6 Prices and Shipping Costs


The prices stated on the product pages are total prices; they include statutory VAT and all other price components.


In addition to the stated prices, we charge the shipping costs expressly stated on the item page.


§ 7 Delivery


The item will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the buyer no later than the fifth working day after receipt of payment. You can collect the item yourself from our "pick up station Cologne" and "pick up station Barcelona".


§ 8 Retention of Title


The item remains our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

§ 12 Transport damage


If the items are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about this damage to the parcel carrier as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to complain or contact us has no effect on the exercise of your legal claims, in particular your warranty rights. However, you will help us to assert our own claims against the freight company or transport insurance.

§ 14 Contract Language


The language available for concluding the contract is German.


§ 15 Applicable Law


The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
