Step by step to your beautiful, personalized, engraved fine gold jewelry

    1. Your idea

    Do you have an idea for your piece of jewelry? Whether it's a drawing, lettering or a special font - we will implement your ideas.

    2. Digitization and mock-up

    In the next step, we digitize your template with the utmost care and with special consideration of your individual writing or painting style.

    Every detail, no matter how small, is implemented precisely so that the design fits your ideas perfectly.

    3. Design approvals

    We will then send you a PDF with a preview of the design.

    If the design meets your expectations, we will hand over the file and the piece of jewelry to our engraver in Barcelona.

    She will engrave your piece of jewelry exactly according to the digital template.

    4. Your engraved piece of jewelry

    The finished engraved piece of jewelry is then polished again by us and safely packaged in our elegant jewelry boxes.

    Please note that we need about 5-15 days for the design processing, engraving and shipping from Spain.

QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR ENGRAVING SERVICE

  • Yes, you can use your own font or choose one from our carefully curated selection of beautiful fonts. Check out our collection and let us know which one you like. If you have a specific font you want, just drop us a message - we're happy to help!

  • Yes, both the Coin Charm and the Paper Charm can be engraved on both sides. The same goes for our Mini Star Charm. Please note that the Lucky Heart and our Postcard Paradiso only have space for engraving on the back.

  • Yes, that's possible! Just send us a photo of your original note via email or WhatsApp. We will prepare it digitally so that it is perfect for engraving.

  • Yes, that's possible! Just send us a picture of your drawing by email or WhatsApp and we'll take care of preparing it for engraving.

  • Since engraved jewelry is personalized, returns are generally not possible. However, if there is an error in the engraving or the engraving does not meet your expectations, we will of course engrave a new piece of jewelry for you free of charge. Your satisfaction is important to us!

  • To ensure your order is delivered in time for Christmas, we recommend ordering by December 17th at the latest. Please note that delays may occur depending on the destination and shipping provider - the sooner you order, the better!
