This is a translation for your convenience. The German version is the legally binding one.
§ 1 Scope
The following Terms of Service apply to all orders placed with this seller.

§ 3 Conclusion of contract
By listing an item on our website, the seller makes a non-binding invitation to the buyer to submit an offer.
If the buyer wishes to submit an offer, they select the desired item by clicking the “Shop It” button on the relevant product page. Using the “Cart” button, the buyer can view the contents of the cart and remove individual items with the “x” button. By clicking “Checkout” the buyer proceeds to complete the order and concludes the purchase by clicking the “buy and pay” button.
§ 4 Input errors
Input errors can be identified before a legally binding declaration is submitted by reviewing the information you have entered on a separate page. If a correction is required, this can be made by clicking the browser’s “back” button and entering the corrected information.
§ 5 Payment
The following payment methods are available: credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, UnionPay), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Bancontact, BLIK, EPS, iDEAL, MobilePay, Wero and advance payment by bank transfer.
If you select advance payment, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and you transfer the amount due to that account.
Card payments as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay are processed through Shopify Payments.
§ 6 Prices and shipping costs
The prices stated on the product pages are total prices; they include statutory VAT and all other price components.
In addition to the stated prices, we charge the shipping costs shown on the product page.
§ 7 Delivery
Items in stock are dispatched within two business days of receipt of payment. Delivery then takes: Germany (DHL GoGreen) 2–4 business days, Spain (Cores) 5 business days, Europe (DHL GoGreen) 4–10 business days, international (UPS) 7–14 business days.
All shipments are insured for the value of the order.
Made-to-order items, engraved pieces and pieces configured individually in our configurator are produced especially for you. Production usually takes 3–4 weeks; the delivery times above begin after that.
Local pickup is possible by prior arrangement at our “pick up station Cologne” and our “pick up station Barcelona”.
§ 8 Retention of title
The item remains our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
§ 9 Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions of the German Civil Code apply.
§ 10 Withdrawal instructions for consumers within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post, or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal requirements (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code). This applies in particular to engraved pieces, pieces configured individually in our configurator, and made-to-order or one-off commissions. Your statutory warranty rights in the event of defects remain unaffected.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than thirty days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of thirty days has expired.
We bear the cost of returning the goods from within Europe. For returns from outside Europe you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods where that loss results from handling them in a way that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

§ 11 Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
§ 12 Transport damage
If items are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report the damage to the delivery person as soon as possible and contact us without delay. Failing to make a complaint or to contact us has no effect whatsoever on your statutory claims, in particular your warranty rights. However, it helps us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurer.
§ 13 Storage of the contract text
We store the text of the contract and send it to you by email after the contract is concluded.
§ 14 Contract language
The languages available for concluding the contract are German and English. The German version prevails.
§ 15 Applicable law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
